Apr 23 - Apr 25 Meat and Poultry HACCP This 2.5-day program combines a unique level of lectures and work group discussions from a broad based faculty of meat and poultry scientists, HACCP experts, and authorities from academia. Interspersed between the lectures are hands-on break-out groups and exercises geared to the meat industry to give the attendee a more in-depth knowledge of developing and monitoring a HACCP food safety plan, sanitation, etc.

Apr 25 Union/Towns Master Naturalist Program Series 1 The Master Naturalist Program covers natural resource topics such as native plants, invasive species, birds, tree ID, watershed management, mushrooms, pollinators and more. This Master Naturalist training is broken up into spring and fall series. To be a certified Master Naturalist, attendance in in both series is required. Classes will be on Thursdays. Cost is $150 for each series.
